Fox Tiberon is a lieutenant of the Deviant Navy, a military force set on the fictional isle of Devia in the late 1700s. Her duties include keeping her midshipmen in line, cultivating her extensive herb garden for medicinal use and being an expert in alternative (homeopathic)medicine, and sometimes even as a surgeon. She is a stalwart British loyalist, despite being born in the Americas.

I'm fully aware that this style of dress is... quite outdated for the Admiral's ball.
